To bring this ambitious vision to life, we’re seeking a true leader to join us as Head of/Sr Manager Construction (South-West). In this pivotal role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of construction project managers, empowering them to deliver outstanding results on every project. What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
- Inspiring & Leading: Guide and empower a talented team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Delivering Impact: Oversee the delivery of new restaurant builds and reinvestment projects across VIC, WA, SA, and TAS, ensuring every project sets a new benchmark for quality and customer experience.
- Shaping the Vision: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence design direction and bring the Macca’s experience to life.
- Driving Results: Manage budgets, evaluate costs, and lead negotiations with developers, councils, and landlords to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Developing Talent: Mentor and grow your team, championing professional development and unlocking potential at every level.
Your keys to success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in construction or design management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project management systems (e.g., MS Project, Egnyte).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A strong network within the construction and design industry.
- A passion for developing people and driving business growth.
