What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

• Inspiring & Leading: Guide and empower a talented team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Delivering Impact: Oversee the delivery of new restaurant builds and reinvestment projects across VIC, WA, SA, and TAS, ensuring every project sets a new benchmark for quality and customer experience.
• Shaping the Vision: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence design direction and bring the Macca’s experience to life.
• Driving Results: Manage budgets, evaluate costs, and lead negotiations with developers, councils, and landlords to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Developing Talent: Mentor and grow your team, championing professional development and unlocking potential at every level.

Your keys to success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in construction or design management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and project management systems (e.g., MS Project, Egnyte).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A strong network within the construction and design industry.
• A passion for developing people and driving business growth.
