Department Overview
This important position will support the SVP/Chief Supply Chain Officer for US Supply Chain and their team. In this role, you will be a critical team member and will perform a wide variety of specialized and administrative functions. You must possess strong organizational and communication skills and demonstrate a proven track record of getting results. This role will report directly to the US Supply Chain Strategy & Planning Director.
Duties
- Provide extensive calendar management for Senior Vice President
- Oversee and execute large scale meetings, managing event logistics, agenda creation, attendee experience, and communication.
- Coordinate SVP travel (domestic and international) arrangements and logistics including itinerary building and expense report processing.
- Act as primary liaison between Senior Vice President, Senior Directors, other departments and suppliers; ensuring effective communication of messages, priorities and directives
- Process invoices and vendor contracts in a timely manner, including issue tracking and resolution
- Support department-wide communications though emails, Poppulo, Teams messaging, and webcast support
- Maintain distribution lists and facilitate information sharing
Qualifications
- 5+ years in executive support, office management, or similar roles
- Experience with travel coordination and expense processing
- Strong multitasking, communication, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting tools (e.g., Teams, WebEx)
- Polished, professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication, project management, and critical thinking skills
- Reliable, results-oriented, and able to anticipate needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with senior leadership and managing confidential information

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $30.58 - $36.69 per year
