Duties
As an Analyst - Cybersecurity Portfolio Management, you will report to the Senior Manager of IGA Portfolio Management. In this role, you will support the effective management and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives by assisting with portfolio planning, tracking, and reporting activities across the Global Cyber Security organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help manage work intake, prioritization, and execution following the agile ways of working in support of Identity Access Management delivery at the world’s largest restaurant company.
- Aggregate and maintain a central repository of data for all initiatives within the IAM portfolio, including project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Liaise with project and service owners to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all portfolio information.
- Prepare and distribute pre-read materials, dashboards, and executive summaries for the weekly Portfolio Management Review meetings.
- Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, highlight initiatives that are "At Risk" or "Off Track," and flag issues requiring leadership attention.
- Assist in visualizing the overall health and progress of the IAM portfolio.
- Support the coordination and scheduling of weekly review meetings.
- Attend meetings, capture detailed minutes, and meticulously track action items and key decisions.
- Ensure follow-up on all outstanding items to drive accountability and progress.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the portfolio management process by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Help document best practices and maintain process guidelines.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to live organizational values related to integrity, inclusion, collaboration, and accountability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project and portfolio management (PPM) tools such as Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
- Experience working within a technology or security-focused department.
- Basic understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
- Experience in a role that requires regular interaction with multiple stakeholders and leadership teams.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $104,482.00 - $130,602.00 per year
