Department Overview

The Technical Product Analyst, role is part of the Supply Chain technology team within Global Technology Enterprise Products and Platform (EPP).  The role reports to the Sr Product Manager of Global Technology Supply Chain. This role is responsible for helping to drive outcomes for the Global Supply Chain applications, managing the agile product and processes, driving better user experience and adoption, and ensuring alignment with the Global and Market Supply Chain team. This role will assist in planning, tracking, and reporting while ensuring alignment with Agile and project management best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and help maintain project governance standards.

 

Duties

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities for small to mid-sized initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and scope.
  • Tracks project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
  • Writes epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria in automation scripts, and assists in leading all agile events as part of the product team.
  • Facilitates project meetings, tracks progress and ensures that milestones are met according to the project plan.
  • Identify customer issues, transform them into problem statements, and deliver solutions through design thinking, while monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Supports Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and PI planning activities, while also managing project schedules, dependencies, and communication among cross-functional teams.
  • Maintains knowledge of key business processes and systems, ensuring that project objectives align with business priorities and requirements.
  • Collaborating with other product teams, technical architects, developers, and tech leads to understanding and guiding the technology roadmap, providing project updates and reporting on progress to stakeholders using structured reporting.
  • Maintains organized project documentation, lead retrospectives, and implement key takeaways to improve team performance and scalability.
  • Verifies the results of testing and raises defects/issues against the features owned, tracking defects to ensure resolutions are implemented, and overseeing quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supports the end-to-end testing of the features and sign-off on code releases into production, ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Validates the production release by working with business users utilizing test accounts in the production environment, coordinating post-release reviews and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders across the company, facilitating effective communication, conflict resolution, and collaboration to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, junior project management or technical analyst
  • Skilled in defining user experience needs, writing epics, stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proven experience in Project Management and Agile Scrum Practices
  • Proficient in using tools like Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create clear reports and presentations.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140.00 - $125,130.00 per year
