The Deployment Consultant serves as the primary deployment and strategic execution partner for the Business Unit, leading the planning, implementation, adoption, and sustainment of enterprise initiatives and platforms. This role collaborates closely with Business Unit leadership, Field Offices, PMO Pillar Teams, and USNO stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness, operational excellence, and successful execution of strategic priorities.

 

Duties

Initiative Execution Leader: Focuses on planning, deploying, and sustaining initiatives and platforms across the Business Unit.

  • Lead planning, readiness, and deployment of business initiatives and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain deployment plans, timelines, resource requirements, and implementation strategies.
  • Utilize enterprise deployment resources and tools (NABIT) to support initiative execution and operational readiness.
  • Partner with Operations, Owner/Operators, and restaurant teams to communicate initiative expectations and performance updates.
  • Collaborate with FBPs and stakeholders to maximize initiative adoption, execution quality, and business results.
  • Coordinate and facilitate initiative training, immersion sessions, webinars, and field support activities where applicable.
  • Monitor deployment progress, identify risks, and communicate implementation status.
  • Conduct deployment support activities, including war room calls, coaching visits, issue resolution, and launch support.
  • Drive initiative adoption, sustainment, and execution excellence to improve business performance and operational outcomes.

Business Unit (BU) Strategic Deployment Partner: Serves as the deployment and strategic advisor to BU leadership, aligning initiatives with business priorities and operational goals.

  • Act as the primary deployment partner and trusted advisor to BU leadership.
  • Support execution of localized BU and Field Office priorities.
  • Coordinate BU support for new restaurant openings, equipment deployments, and modernization initiatives.
  • Advise stakeholders on strategic initiatives, deployment impacts, and implementation considerations.
  • Analyze business and operational performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
  • Influence execution strategies that drive BU performance, adoption, and operational excellence.

USNO / PMO Strategic Partner: Represents BU and Field Office within PMO and USNO structures, ensuring alignment, readiness, and continuous improvement across enterprise initiatives.

  • Partner with USNO, PMO Pillar Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to support platform readiness and deployment execution.
  • Represent the Field Office in pillar, PMO, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Communicate key updates, actions, risks, and organizational impacts between USNO, PMO, and the Field Office.
  • Identify deployment challenges and recommend solutions to improve initiative execution and platform adoption.
  • Communicate field feedback, deployment learnings, and performance observations to PMO, USNO, and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise planning, resource allocation, and implementation readiness efforts across initiatives and platforms.
  • Ensure alignment between national strategy, PMO priorities, and field execution.

 

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Candidates must have restaurant operations experience & credibility, deployment leadership experience, strategic thinking, stakeholder influence skills, and an enterprise-first mindset. Strong candidates can demonstrate turning strategy into action and the potential to advance into broader leadership roles beyond PMO. The best PMOCs are future FBPs and Manager-level staff.

 

    • Candidates must have restaurant operations experience (within the past 5 years or less) and credibility.
      • Experience working directly with restaurants, operators, and field teams.
      • Understands restaurant operations and can earn operator trust.
    • Candidates must have successful deployment and execution experience.
      • Has led complex initiatives from planning through execution and adoption.
      • Demonstrates strong ownership, follow-through, and accountability.
    • Candidates must have the ability to translate strategy into action.
      • Can simplify complex priorities into practical, executable plans.
      • Connects business objectives to restaurant execution.
    • Candidates must have strong stakeholder leadership and influence skills.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $93,208.00 - $116,510.00 per year
