Department Overview

As an Identity and Access Management Engineer II within our team, you will partner with a Senior Manager supervising Cyber Security Operations in the PAM tower of Global IAM. Join a tech team to build secure privileged access experiences for critical info! This is a great opportunity to keep evolving and improving the global identity and access management platform at the world’s largest restaurant company.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the PAM product management team to define and deliver the product roadmap for identity and access products aligned with the company’s strategy and goals.
  • Supply to the technical efforts on PAM projects to develop, configure and implement PAM solutions and services required to meet security requirements.
  • Manage and support day to day operations for PAM platforms.
  • Lead efforts to eradicate technical debt in the current system for handling user identities and permissions as part of a continuous modernization and optimization initiative.
  • Ensure successful transition of project processes and work to operations resources and teams.
  • Improve professional growth among our IAM engineers by using technology, abilities, and tools to develop development, resulting in higher efficiency and high-quality outcomes.
  • Participate in efforts to drive continuous improvement in delivery speed, quality, value, and applied innovation.
  • Encourage community engagement and collaboration within the engineering chapters.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as an IAM Engineer or similar role, crafting enterprise-level privileged access solutions.
  • Solid understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies, including but not limited to identity provisioning, authentication, authorization, RBAC, SSO, and federation.
  • Deep technical experience with privileged access management technologies (e.g. BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Saviynt, etc).
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity principles and standard methodologies, covering risk management, access controls, and secure coding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess sophisticated business requirements and translate them into practical IAM solutions.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130 per year
