Department Overview
Identity and Access Management (IAM) program encompasses the planning, design, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of identity and access services across the global enterprise. We are currently searching for an engineer, who is a subject matter expert with Identity Governance solutions, such as Saviynt and SailPoint.
Responsibilities
- Support project efforts through building modernized IAM capabilities utilizing standardized frameworks to foster sustainability and growth
- Build and implement identity governance controls which leverage best practices and establish a solid scalable foundation
- Implement technology workflows and rules to maintain accuracy of data to managed systems
- Support on-going operations enhancements and bug fixes
- Collaborate closely with authoritative sources and application teams to onboard applications for event-based and request-based identity lifecycle management
- Collaborate closely with fellow IAM team, as well as key cybersecurity and human resource teams to support GRC (governance, risk, compliance) controls, security requirements, and end-to-end data integrity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience, including technical requirements, design, implementation, maintenance, and maturing enterprise identity management/governance technologies
- 4+ years of deep technical experience with Saviynt, SailPoint Identity-IQ, IdentityNow and/or other similar solutions
- 1+ years of Saviynt experience is preferred
- Saviynt L200 certifcation is preferred
- Hands-on experience integrating applications standard connectors, building full lifecycle management workflows, and establishing RBAC/ABAC frameworks
- Experience with JSON, JavaScript/BeanShell, XML, PowerShell, and/or SQL scripting
- Experience building custom SCIM, ReST and SOAP API connectors is preferred
- Functional knowledge of identity and access data correlation, normalization, and building identity and access models
- Knowledge of identity certification/attestation practices
- Collaborative team player, who will work closely with IAM and other teams
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms
- Great technical and system documentation skills

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $98,140.00 - $125,130.00 per year
