Department Overview
This Deployment Consultant will be responsible for executing the implementation plan for restaurant operations, products and/or process improvements. They will aso assist in the design and development of the road map of deployment across multiple areas.
We are looking for a candidate to be based in Indianapolis, IN to best support the market.
Job Responsibilities
Principle responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in modification of support procedures for deployment of operations initiatives.
- Participating in testing and validation of the feasibility of rollout of new or improved restaurant initiatives to restaurants.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate recommendations.
- Developing and managing project plans, milestones and resources, ensuring that everything is communicated to project teams.
- Implementing multiple deployment projects and participating in cross-functional projects, as needed.
- Ensuring alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Managing and resolving project issues, including responding to project related inquiries.
- Following up with other functions regarding deliverables and project milestones.
- Conducting post-project analysis.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED is required; undergraduate degree is preferred.
- Previous operations deployment experience is required. Strong preference for previous/current McDonald's experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 - 108,810 / per year.
