Department Overview

Our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Digitalization Team is looking for an individual to lead multiple cross functional transformational digital initiatives and manage continuous improvements of our supply chain solutions. This position will report to the Senior Director of GSC Digitalization and be accountable to establish, align, manage, and deliver on various digital roadmaps with Business and Technology Stakeholders.

The Director will be responsible for the respective projects that will enable the digital transformation of GSC sub functions. He/she will work in strategic partnership with strategy leads, business teams, suppliers, and Global Technology to lead a team to plan / build / test and handover digital solutions, aiming to drive digital adoption towards a more digital way of working.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4 employees and 4-6 contract project and change managers
  • Lead key programs within Digital for our GSC and Market Business Functions. Drive a 3+ year digital roadmap that supports our supply chain business and digital needs now and, in the future
  • Support continuous alignment and project delivery prioritization with our GSC global business and market stakeholders, in close partnership with our Global Technology business colleagues
  • Oversee cross functional projects to deliver on time and within budget, this includes:
    • Work with Global Technology and their vendors to build requirements, design future digitally enabled business requirements, develop and test the required technology
    • Work with our Enablement Team to handover developed solutions to ensure ongoing support, training, and change management with our suppliers and global + market supply chain teams
  • Champion continuous improvement & change management across the business & all stakeholders towards a more digital way of working

Key outcomes of the role

  • 3+ year digital roadmap for the transformational initiatives, aligned with business stakeholders & Global Technology
  • Successful delivery of the projects and solution enhancement work that supports our GSC functions and markets (includes successful project budget and external resource management)
  • Adoption of available digital capabilities – both our suppliers and the global + market supply chain teams regularly utilize the digital tools and digitally enabled processes
  • High levels of stakeholder alignment & satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience and ability to develop, lead, and motivate talent
  • Experience using AI and ML technology to modernize and digitize processes
  • Passion for digital development and experience in building digitalized business processes to create business value
  • Passion for high performance, taking responsibility and accountability for execution and results.
  • Confident in effective communication, influencing, and relationship skills
  • Proficient in explaining complex concepts in a simple way to stakeholders throughout the system

Salary Range

​The expected salary range for this role is $168,350.00 - $218,860.00 per year
