Department Overview

The PMO Enablement Lead drives effective ways of working, shares best practices and implements process and tools that support effective delivery. The role will lead stakeholder management, drive effective demand management and enable a strong community of practice. This role provides support to the Governance and Integrated Planning leads as appropriate. The role emphasizes relationship and stakeholder management. 

The PMO Enablement Lead is responsible for shaping and operationalizing the central PMO organization by establishing governance frameworks, defining and scaling consistent ways of working and partnering across transformation and market teams to align PMO capabilities with enterprise priorities. This role drives execution by managing roadmaps, enabling visibility into risks and dependencies and implementing best practices and tools that support effective delivery.

Duties

Primary Responsibilities

• Strategize processes and ways of working for central PMO organization and support mobilization activities

• Manage and maintain roadmap for central PMO organization standup, capability development and progressive inclusion of enterprise initiatives

• Ideate areas of partnership between central PMO organization and enterprise-wide initiatives

• Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure successful prioritization and delivery of initiatives given resource and funding availability

• Design and drive adoption of common ways of working across initiatives and markets alongside Horizontal COEs

• Ensure visibility into and actioning of risks, dependencies and issues as relevant

• Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise project managers to advise and support successful delivery

• Partner with transformation and market leads to ensure PMO capabilities are aligned with business priorities 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Critical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Executive presence and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot (preferred)
  • Experience leading governance activities (e.g., project management, compliance, risk management, etc.)
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $168,350.00 - $218,860.00 per year
