Role Description

The Director, Enterprise Data Analytics & AI (EDAA) Transformation will lead the strategy, design, and execution of the organization's next generation AI-powered analytics capabilities, transforming how markets and business functions across the enterprise access information, generate insights, and make decisions. This leader will partner with senior business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities, define a strategic roadmap, and translate business priorities into scalable AI and data solutions delivered by engineering teams. As a key driver of enterprise transformation, they will help establish standardized data, metrics, and business logic across functions and markets, ensuring AI is powered by trusted, governed information. This role requires a combination of strategic vision, deep technical expertise in AI and data platforms, executive communication skills, and hands-on problem solving to bridge the gap between business needs and technology execution. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Help shape and drive execution of the strategy and roadmap for EDAA’s Data & AI solutions, with a focus on delivering an AI-powered experience for accessing data, insights, and decision support 

  • Translate business needs into product roadmaps, business requirements, and technical requirements for engineering teams 

  • Lead the design and delivery of scalable AI-powered analytics solutions that drive measurable business value 

  • Champion enterprise-wide data standardization, governance, and consistent business definitions to enable trusted AI and analytics 

  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and product teams to guide solution design and ensure successful delivery 

  • Drive cross-functional programs, managing priorities, risks, dependencies, and executive communications 

  • Facilitate measurement of business impact, adoption, and value realization  

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

    Qualifications 

    • 10+ years of experience leading development of enterprise data, analytics, AI, or digital solutions 

    • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale AI or analytics solutions to drive transformation  

    • Deep experience with modern data platforms, AI technologies, and enterprise analytics 

    • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership to influence organizational priorities 

    • Strong understanding of data governance, enterprise standards, and scalable data architecture 

    • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex, cross-functional programs 

    • Bachelor's degree in Comp Sci, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $178,121.00 - $222,651.00 per year
