Role Summary & Department Overview

Global Finance Modernization (GF Mod) is a multi-year transformation to enable Global Finance to achieve its vision of being a strategic advisor to the business where Finance is shaping and leading critical strategic initiatives across the enterprise, driving growth, and creating enterprise value. This program focuses on all aspects of Finance, including transformation across our people, processes, operating model, and technology. GF Mod will improve the employee experience and allow Finance to deliver a more seamless and consistent experience to its customers.

The Market Change and Training Lead serves as the link between the global change team and their respective Market (in this case, Corporate Finance), ensuring effective communication, change management, and training strategies to drive employee adoption. They support business process, system, and organizational transitions to enable higher utilization and proficiency in new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Overall
Execute effective change, communication, and training strategies and activities tailored to the Market.
Work closely with the core change, communications, and training team, as well as the Market Deployment Lead, ensuring localization while maintaining alignment with global milestones.
Provide input on audience-specific change, communications, and training approaches, supporting team leads in preparing their teams.
Offer project management support, including planning, tracking key activities, ensuring timely execution, and providing regular status updates.

Change Readiness

Conduct change readiness activities to ensure cross-market collaboration as part of the design phase.
Lead the Change Network in each market, taking on more active responsibility within the Network for directing actions and managing change activities and impacts locally.
Manage change efforts for high-impact Finance processes affecting employees and restaurants. This change is inclusive of building, planning, executing, and tracking the change plan milestones for:
Stakeholder engagement
Change impact assessment
Organizational readiness analysis
Post implementation support & reinforcement
Lessons learned
Develop employees and franchisee understanding and acceptance of impacts on specific job roles, policies, technology impacts, and business practices.

Communications

Coordinate all communication messages to each stakeholder in the market, including translation if applicable.

Training

Own training session logistics (e.g., scheduling).
Prepare Market teams for training and own local training needs identification.
Leverage Core Training artifacts and incorporate Market-specific impacts / nuances in training material.
Prepare end users for Go-Live, providing just-in-time training.
Plan and support facilitation of training sessions, in partnership with SMEs and support partners.

Ensure effectiveness of training sessions through active listening and awareness of group dynamics (e.g., ‘reading the room’).

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Deep expertise in Corporate Finance processes and capabilities.
Deep understanding of the Corporate functions, culture, and stakeholder dynamics.
Strong interest in change management and training principles and methodologies preferred.
Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to storyboard and express ideas clearly and concisely using a mix of data and qualitative insights (exceptional PowerPoint skills).
Strong organizational and detailed planning abilities.
Project management expertise, including planning, tracking key activities, and timely execution.
Preferred experience in finance transformation and leading cross-functional programs to drive operational excellence.

Salary Range

Salary Ranges-$112,860.00 - $143,900.00
