About the Role

We are seeking a Manager, Change Management to lead the Change Management Workstream for the Efficient Digital Supply Chain Program. The Efficient Digital Supply Chain (EDSC) program is transforming McDonald’s supply chain through end-to-end digitization, enabling real-time visibility, enhanced traceability, and data-driven decision making that improves reliability, efficiency, and trust across suppliers, distribution centers, and restaurants.

 

This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Flex Programs, Change & Organization Activation COE, with matrixed alignment to program leadership.

Duties

Lead or participate in change management projects:

  • Leverage our Change Management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Work directly with our Supply Chain Digitalization team on executing the change management strategy associated with the EDSC program.
  • Create the market enablement strategy with the U.S. Market Deployment team.
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design of training programs
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
  • Analyze data-driven insights to adapt and accelerate change

Advance Enterprise Change Capability

  • Apply and promote McDonald’s enterprise change frameworks.
  • Where needed, develop and iterate new best practices and share learnings back with CoE team to continuously advance our team’s strength and business relevance
  • Partner with leaders to intake, scope, and deliver change support aligned to business and market priorities.
  • Advise and coach leaders on change strategy, messaging, and measurement.
  • Lead change workstreams using established methodologies and tools.
  • Partner cross-functionally to assess impacts, align on KPIs, and support value realization.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Change Management, Business, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working on complex, enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change methodologies, impact and readiness assessment, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
  • Ability to travel to restaurants up to 50% of the time dependent on need.
  • Strong influencing skills across business, functional, and technology teams without direct authority.
  • Experience defining KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization approaches.
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple concurrent activities.
  • Experience coaching and developing change practitioners.

 

Preferred

  • Experience with enterprise service transformation across GBS, Technology, HR, Finance, Data, Procurement, or similar functions.
  • Experience with Supply Chain initiatives or QSR industry experience.
  • Experience-led change and service design capabilities using personas and journeys.
  • Experience leading or supporting change on large, complex digital or regulatory initiatives in a product operating model
  • Data-driven mindset and strong process design skills
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams
  • Creating deliverables that require cross-function collaboration and socialization
  • Ability to provide strategic guidance to business leaders for low – and medium-complexity change programs

Consider updating this to reflect past work with Global Supply Chain and supplier focused initiatives or QSR Industry restaurant experience.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $115,872.00 - $144,840.00 per year
