Department Overview
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented and globally minded professional to join our Global Compliance team as a Manager focused on our sanctions screening and third-party due diligence programs and investigations support. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our company maintains the highest standards of compliance while managing reputational risks associated with doing business across diverse markets.
Duties
- Assess and analyze reputational, regulatory, and compliance risks related to third-party engagements.
- Conduct reviews of sanctions screening and due diligence alerts for third parties.
- Partner with colleagues across global functions and markets to escalate risks and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies.
- Synthesize findings and prepare concise, data-driven reports and recommendations for Compliance leadership.
- Create and update compliance internal documentation, procedure manuals and workflows in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Monitor global developments in sanctions and anti-corruption compliance to ensure continuous improvement of screening and due diligence practices.
- Support cross-functional transformation initiatives regarding data and payment processes for due diligence and sanctions screening programs.
- Support compliance investigations, including interview support, ediscovery, and case management.
- Contribute to special projects and broader compliance initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, due diligence, or risk management.
- Understanding of FCPA, global sanctions regimes, and third-party reputational risk factors.
- Experience with third-party compliance technology platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear, actionable insights to leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to escalate issues when appropriate.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting compliance-related data.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Strong cross-cultural awareness and experience working across geographies.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $101,437.00 - $126,797.00 per year
