Department Overview
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the product strategy and roadmap as well as leading development and deployment of ordering features and enhancements for the Fulfillment & Pickup experience, focusing on the mobile order ahead experience to ensure customer orders are ready on arrival.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive product innovation and achieve business goals. You will be the champion of the customer and crew, translating their needs and feedback into product requirements and driving customer-centric product development.
The ideal candidate is a customer-obsessed product innovator who can lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that customers love and that win for the business. You will report to the Senior Product Manager – Digital Ordering (Fulfillment & Pickup).
Duties
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Sr. Product Manager to develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for Fulfillment & Pickup experiences, aligning with overall business goals and market trends
- Accountable for the product roadmap and communication to stakeholders
- Participate in squad ceremonies for their product domain and liaise with third-party engineering teams to map dependencies, align requirements, and define shared implementation details
- Drive end-to-end product development, including participating in market research, defining customer requirements, crafting product specifications, and working with engineering and design teams to develop and launch product enhancements and new features
- Collaborate with engineering and design to determine the best functional solutions for our users, prioritize the work, and track against timelines
- Take ownership over features and translate requirements into specifications and user stories
- Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies
- Support the team with escalation and resolution of impediments
- Deeply understand customer and restaurant crew needs, difficulties, and behaviors through research, user feedback, and market analysis; use insights to advise product decisions and prioritize product backlog items
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global markets including engineering, design, marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives; develop a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with team members to align product goals and achieve business objectives
- Develop relationships with markets, operations & customers to deeply understand their perspectives and pain points as you craft your strategic roadmap
- Define and oversee product performance metrics, including speed-to-market, iOS & Android performance, and overall quality, to assess product success and drive roadmap decisions
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to advise product strategy and ensure the product portfolio remains competitive
- Facilitate release planning, demos with stakeholders and other Agile practices on an operational basis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or an equivalent. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience with order tracking and pickup experiences intersecting digital ordering with real-world fulfillment, specifically within the QSR industry, a strong plus.
- Demonstrated track record in product management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into product enhancements.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and handling products throughout their lifecycle with customer experience and technology systems and specifications and interdependencies: with a focus on specific Product Groups (i.e. Ordering, Serve, Digital Channels, etc.)
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to advise product strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to optimally communicate sophisticated concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams while overseeing the work of other managers.
- Results-oriented attitude with a strong focus on achieving business goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Uncompromising attention to detail.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $129,800.00 - $165,490.00 per year
