Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the product strategy and roadmap for Menu Browse, focusing on the most valuable customer problems to tackle
  • Manage product development from market research to defining customer needs, crafting specs, and working with teams to improve products.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to determine best functional solutions for our users, prioritize the work, and supervise against timelines
  • Take ownership over features and translate requirements into specifications and user stories
  • Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies
  • Deeply understand customer and restaurant crew needs, difficulties, and behaviors through research, user feedback, and market analysis; use insights to advise product decisions and prioritize product backlog items
  • Foster a collaborative environment and develop positive relationships with team members to align product goals and achieve desired outcomes
  • Develop relationships with markets, operations & customers to deeply understand their perspectives and difficulties as you craft your strategic roadmap
  • Define and supervise product performance metrics, including speed-to-market, iOS & Android performance, and overall quality, to assess product success and drive roadmap decisions
  • Remain current on industry trends and technologies to provide mentorship on product direction and preserve the product portfolio's focus
  • Facilitate release planning, demos with collaborators and other agile practices on an operational basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, computer science, or an equivalent. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with order tracking and pickup experiences intersecting digital ordering with real-world fulfillment, specifically within the QSR industry, a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated track record in product management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into product enhancements.
  • Consistent track record of successfully launching and handling products throughout their lifecycle with customer experience and technology systems and specifications and interdependencies
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to advise product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to successfully communicate sophisticated concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams while being responsible for the work of other managers.
  • Results-oriented demeanor with a strong focus on achieving business goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $127332.00  - $159165.00 per year
