Department Overview

We are seeking a systems-oriented Product Manager to own product readiness for Archy as it scales across markets and restaurants.
This role will identify what Archy needs to scale reliably, translate market and restaurant needs into reusable product capabilities, and bridge gaps between local requirements and the core product roadmap.
The PM will ensure Archy can adapt to differences in language, menu, operations, restaurant technology, and customer behavior while maintaining a standardized, scalable global product.

Duties

1. Own Product Readiness for Scale

  • Define the product capabilities and readiness criteria required to scale Archy across restaurants
    and markets.
  • Identify product gaps that create friction as Archy moves from pilot to broader deployment.
  • Partner with core Product and Engineering teams to ensure scale requirements are incorporated
    into the roadmap.

2. Bridge Market Needs with the Core Product

  • Understand market-specific needs across customer experience, operations, menu, language,
    and restaurant technology.
  • Translate local requirements into scalable, configurable product capabilities rather than one-off
    solutions.
  • Serve as the product bridge between Market teams and core Product and Engineering teams.

3. Drive Localization & Market Adaptation

  • Define how the product adapts to local languages, customer behaviors, restaurant operations, menus, and market requirements.
  • Establish reusable frameworks and guardrails for localization.
  • Balance local flexibility with global platform standardization.

4. Define Scale Readiness & Release Criteria

  • Establish clear product criteria for market onboarding, releases, pilots, and broader scaling.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Deployment teams to identify blockers and readiness gaps.
  • Use learnings from live markets and restaurants to continuously harden the core product.

5. Own the Scale Product Backlog

  • Translate deployment friction and market feedback into prioritized product requirements.
  • Prioritize capabilities based on their ability to unlock multiple markets and improve repeatability at scale.
  • Protect the core roadmap from unnecessary customization and market-specific feature creep

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally scaling complex digital, AI, commerce, or operational products.
  • Experience taking products from pilot to scaled production across markets or geographies.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to turn local requirements into reusable product capabilities.
  • Experience working across global and market teams with differing business and operational needs.
  • Strong prioritization skills and comfort balancing global standardization with necessary localization.
  • Ability to work across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, and Deployment teams.
  • Familiarity with conversational AI, LLMs, or AI-powered products is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
