Department Overview

The Org Activation PMO Manager will lead and coordinate org activation efforts across the Global Finance Modernization program. This role will serve as the central point for planning, execution and governance of activities related to organizational design, change management, training enablement and communications. The OA PMO manager will bring a structured program management mindset and drive key PMO processes as defined by the Global PMO team to drive alignment, stakeholder engagement and support timely delivery of Org Activation milestones.

 
The Org Activation PMO Manager will report to the GF Mod Org Activation Leader and Global PMO Lead, and partner with the 3rd party vendor Solution PMO Lead to administer and operate within different project management areas, ensuring the tracking and completion of key org activation activities.  

Duties

Governance and Oversight
•    Develop and maintain integrated program plans for org activation workstreams 
•    Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure alignment with strategic program goals 
•    Support leadership with coordination and progress updates to effectively manage key program stakeholders
•    Monitor progress, manage risks/issues, and report out to leadership with actionable insights 
•    Leverage established tools for the program, standardized templated and reporting forums to support org activation workstreams
•    Ensure consistency in documentation, progress tracking and stakeholder updates 


Organizational Design Support 
•    Partner with HR and business leaders to support org design efforts including structure alignments, role definition and transition planning 
•    Track and report org readiness activities, milestones and dependencies 


Change Management 
•    Work closely with change leads to coordinate change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and adoption plans 
•    Support execution of change interventions, including workshops, feedback loops, and reinforcement strategies 


Training and Enablement 
•    Support training planning and execution in partnership with the Learning & Development teams 
•    Track and support coordination of training delivery, participation, and effectiveness metrics 


Communications 
•    Collaborate with internal communications to ensure timely completion of key internal and external stakeholder communications 
•    Develop communication plans, cadence and delivery mechanisms that support engagement and transparency

Qualifications

 •    3+ years of experience in program/ project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO or transformation function. 
•    Demonstrated experience leading organization activation or enterprise change initiatives 
•    Familiarity with org design principles, change management frameworks and training development approaches 
•    Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
•    Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Miro, Sharepoint) 
•    Experience developing and managing project management processes such as multi-team project plans, risks and issues logs, change control processes, status reporting and resource management 
•    Strong ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program  
•    Strong ability to develop cooperative relationships to achieve results through win-win relationships  
•    Bachelor’s degree in business organizational development, HR or related field 
•    Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $112,860.00 - $143,900.00 per year
