The Global QA Manager will lead quality assurance strategy and execution across multiple markets for the DMB CMS team. This role ensures all releases meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and compliance. It combines strong leadership with technical expertise to oversee testing across release cycles and BAU operations, including manual and automation testing, root cause analysis, and validation. The QA Manager will analyze defect trends, drive improvements to reduce recurring issues, and deliver data-driven reporting to help markets plan releases and prioritize fixes effectively.
Duties
- Define and implement global QA strategy, standards, and best practices.
- Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for releases across markets.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and release management teams to ensure quality readiness.
- Establish and maintain automated and manual testing frameworks, driving efficiency and coverage.
- Monitor and manage defects, risks, and quality metrics throughout the SDLC.
- Perform advanced root cause analysis and validate fixes to prevent recurring issues and improve product stability.
- Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and methodologies, including automation and performance testing.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and QA automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in global technology projects.
- Experience managing QA for global technology projects.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and multi-market deployments.
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and performance testing.
- ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $127,332.00 - $159,165.00 per year
