Department Overview
We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Technical Product Manager to play a pivotal role in the Global Restaurant Network Transformation (GRNT) program. In this role, you will bridge the gap between network engineering, product strategy, and operational execution. You will be responsible for overseeing our network lab environments, driving critical platform integrations, and building the operational frameworks necessary to scale the GRNT platform to our international markets.
Duties
Lab Management & Testing
- Oversee end-to-end management of network LAB installations.
- Define and drive rigorous testing cycles for new hardware, software, and configurations prior to production rollout.
- Collaborate closely with Network Architecture and Engineering teams to validate solutions and ensure high reliability for field deployments.
- Manage intake process for new lab requests and lifecycle elements.
GRNT Platform Integrations
- Act as the primary product owner for all third-party and internal technical integrations into the core GRNT platform.
- Ensure seamless network data ingestion and robust data availability/APIs for external tools and automation platforms.
- Identity Management: Oversee the integration of the GRNT platform with enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to ensure secure access to tools and automation.
International Expansion & Runbooks
- Develop comprehensive, scalable runbooks, documentation, and operational processes for new platform features and integrations.
- Package technical solutions and deployment guides into consumable formats to seamlessly transition technologies to international markets during global expansion phases.
- Act as a technical liaison for international market teams to ensure successful adoption of GRNT platform standards.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Lab manager in global environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise network infrastructure, lab environments, and hardware/software testing methodologies.
- Experience working with AD/DNS, Identity Management frameworks and API integrations.
- Exceptional technical writing skills with a track record of creating clear, actionable runbooks and operational documentation for global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale, global infrastructure deployments.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical processes into clear documentation and procedures.
- Previous experience in retail or hospitality network environments.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $138,207.00 - $172,758.00 per year
