Role Overview
The Manager, Ronald McDonald House Global Finance (Revenue) plays a key strategic and operational role in the organization’s financial processes related to revenue generation and donor compliance. This position is responsible for managing donor financial reporting, supporting donor agreements, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. The Manager also serves as a liaison to the Operations team for grant management processes and collaborates closely on national fundraiser alignment, analysis, and financial planning.
Main Responsibilities
Donor Proposal and Agreement Support
- Partner with Philanthropy and Operations teams to review and provide guidance on financial components of donor proposals and agreements.
- Ensure proposals align with internal financial policies and donor requirements.
Donor-Specific Financial Budgeting, Tracking and Reporting
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to integrate donor-restricted gifts into annual budgeting.
- Partner with the Philanthropy Team to reconcile donor fund usage to financial records, ensuring reported use aligns with donor intent, finance coding, and program spend.
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy team to determine donor reporting calendar
- Prepare, validate, and provide financial figures and schedules for inclusion in donor reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with donor expectations.
- Collaborate with the Philanthropy team on the tax receipting process, providing tax counsel as necessary
Grant Compliance and Liaison to Operations
- Act as the main finance liaison with the Operations team for grantmaking strategy, compliance and processes for grants distributed, including in-kind.
McDonald’s Fundraisers
- Manage McDonald’s restaurant and U.S. Chapter alignment for McDonald’s national fundraisers in partnership with the Operations team
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting McDonald’s national fundraisers
- Review monthly reconciliations and reporting related to McDonald’s U.S. national fundraisers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee McDonalds National Fundraiser data requests
- Collaborate with internal teams and McDonald’s to assess and strengthen financial infrastructure to support current and future McDonald’s fundraising initiatives.
Financial Strategy & Infrastructure Consulting
- Contribute to strategic and operational financial planning related to large-scale fundraising activities and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5–7 years of financial management experience, preferably in a global non-profit or donor-funded environment.
- Strong understanding of grant compliance, donor reporting, and nonprofit financial regulations.
- Experience working with corporate partners and/or fundraising campaigns
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $101,437.00 - $126,797.00 per year
