Department Overview

The Value Realization Office (VRO) is a centrally managed, strategic capability partnering closely with business and program leaders to create financial transparency and consistency in how we identify, track, and realize value across the portfolio of transformation programs. 

 The Manager, VRO is responsible for the end-to-end ownership and governance of assigned transformation business cases and associated stakeholders. This role leads financial planning, forecasting, value tracking, and performance management across multiple programs, ensuring alignment between program execution and financial outcomes. The Manager partners closely with cross-functional and executive leadership to drive value realization, support strategic decision making, and ensure consistency in financial reporting and processes across the portfolio.

Duties

  • Own and manage multiple business cases and programs across the portfolio, including consolidation, forecasting, and performance tracking 
  • Lead end-to-end financial planning and forecasting processes (annual plan, quarterly forecasts, and variance analysis) for assigned programs, ensuring alignment to committed value targets 
  • Maintain accountability for value realization by tracking and validating savings and business outcomes against approved business cases 
  • Provide clear, concise, and insightful reporting to senior leadership, including executive-level storytelling and decision support 
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment across program teams, finance, and leadership, driving accountability and execution against financial and strategic objectives 
  • Oversee program financial performance, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and executional oversight, supported by reconciliation and variance analysis 
  • Drive the measurement, reporting, and analysis of KPIs and program performance metrics across the transformation portfolio 
  • Lead and support VRO governance processes, including monthly reporting cycles, executive reviews, and alignment with TMO and functional leadership 
  • Identify risks, variances, and opportunities across programs and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial and operational outcomes 
  • Build and maintain scalable business models, reporting tools, and dashboards to measure and communicate value delivered to the organization 
  • Lead and develop team members, providing guidance, prioritization, and oversight across multiple deliverables and programs 
  • Act as a key liaison across VRO, program teams, finance, and external partners to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution 
  • Guide the preparation of executive business reviews and strategic planning cycles 
  • Ensure all planning, reporting, and governance deadlines are met with a high degree of accuracy and accountability

Qualifications

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 
  • 5+ years of experience; previous FP&A, consulting, or Big 4 experience preferred 
  • Strong cross-functional business acumen and experience operating in complex, matrixed environments 
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage priorities, influence stakeholders, and drive execution 
  • Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear insights and communicate value-driven opportunities to leadership 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive audiences 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA or relevant Master’s degree (Business, Accounting, Finance) preferred 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in a dynamic and unstructured environment 
  • Advanced financial acumen, including experience with P&L ownership, forecasting, and business case development 
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs or enterprise initiatives

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $107,684.00 - $134,605 USD per year
