Department Overview
As a Supervisor, Project Management within Global People, you will play a critical role in driving coordination and execution across global and market‑level workstreams.You will support the full lifecycle of global and market initiatives, using project management/change management skills, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and helping to ensure your projects successful delivery and adoption. You’ll partner closely with VPs, Directors, Senior Managers, Global Market leads, and cross‑functional teams to keep work aligned, organized, and moving forward.
This role blends structured project management with hands‑on execution: building project plans, preparing training and communications, creating presentations and dashboards, maintaining internal sites, coordinating vendor activities, and ensuring teams have what they need to deliver. This role is ideal for early‑career project or change management professionals who are ready to operate in a fast‑paced environment. It’s a high‑visibility, high‑impact role for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to grow within Global People.
Please note: This role follows a hybrid schedule and requires onsite presence in Chicago, IL for three days a week.
Duties
Project Management
- Support the strategy, coordination, and execution of multiple Global People initiatives, ensuring alignment of program objectives with the Global People strategy
- Onboard to new or in progress projects and define milestones, clarify objectives, and outline key deliverables.
- Establish the project cadence (standups, working sessions, checkpoints, decision forums) that keeps work aligned and moving.
- Support change management efforts by coordinating communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Provide regular updates, summaries, and insights to the Global People PMO Manager, escalating risks and issues
- Apply consistent project and change‑management practices aligned to the Global People PMO.
Stakeholder and Market Coordination
- Identify and facilitate alignment cross functionally with stakeholders across regions, ensuring consistent communication and expectations.
- Partner with VPs, Directors, and Senior Managers to gather inputs, drive decisions, and prepare updates.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including meeting prep, agendas, notes, and follow‑through.
Execution and Deliverable Support
- Support project execution by completing project‑related tasks and deliverables where needed.
- Develop and refine project deliverables such as training materials, presentations, communications, and documentation.
- Build and maintain internal Teams/SharePoint or knowledge‑management sites to support project visibility and adoption.
- Coordinate vendor activities, including scheduling, documentation, and follow‑ups.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in project management and/or change management
- Excellent professional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of a project team
- Strong skills in project planning and organization
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to create relationships and influence partners
- Adaptable and quick to respond to changing priorities
- Resourceful problem-solver with a focus on finding practical solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams efficiently
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in a dynamic, global environment
- Adept at forging a collaborative approach and aligning team members/resources to achieve outcomes
Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $85,014.00 - $106,267.00 per year
