Department Overview
Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a significant impact on a global scale? We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our US Technology Solution Readiness team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, working to understand organizational needs, analyze processes, translate requirements into solutions that drive value, and deploy innovative technology solutions to our Company platforms. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor business analysts, lead cross-functional workshops, and partner closely with stakeholders and Product Owners. You will play a crucial role in transforming business requirements into innovative technology solutions, including edge transformation initiatives. Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technology teams.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement sessions.
- Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), feature clarifications, user stories, process maps, and workflows.
- Collaborate with product, development, internal stakeholders and external vendor teams to ensure alignment of requirements and delivery outcomes.
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision making.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for business stakeholders.
- Elicit, assess, and define business requirements with strong organizational skills to deliver requirements within specified timelines.
- Strong collaboration skills and able to adapt their means of communications for both written and verbal and engage in active listening.
- Established ability to build relationships with Global Technology internal and external stakeholder partners.
- Obtain continual feedback from field end users and maintain enhancement requests and assist with prioritization of restaurant technology applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a Senior or lead role.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, writing user stories with well detailed acceptance criteria, and workflow analysis.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
- Proficiency with requirements management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Teams, Miro).
- Strong understanding of business operations and KPIs across functions.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus on priorities.
- Familiarity with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Gen AI).
- Knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS).
- Work with management to adapt to obstacles and complete sprint releases.
- Deep understanding of SDLC processes, including Agile methodologies. Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience in developing and executing test plans, including integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- SaaS (Software as a Service): Experience in working with SaaS platforms, including deployment, management, and integration of SaaS solutions.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Quick Service Restaurant industry.
- 4+ years of experience in Agile methodologies - JIRA and Confluence tools.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $112,860 - $143,900 per year
