Job Description
The Senior Manager, Business Insights & Digital Strategy is responsible for partnering with US Marketing and Global RGM in defining and executing Personalized (Segmented) Offers to fit into the holistic Marketing Plan & RGM Strategy. In addition, the Sr Manager, Business Insights & Digital Strategy builds the business case and performs the post analysis, partnering closely with US Marketing on the overall strategy and reporting on the business case and performance to key stakeholders.
Duties
- Supports overall Digital Economics including annual assessment of digital P&L and incremental cash flow impact as well as return on spend
- Calculates ROI for components of various digital offers and loyalty and recommends adjustments to offer strategy based on data
- Support Personalized Value Mission
- Strategic thought partner of Digital Business
- Tactic/initiative business case development and post reporting to key stakeholders
- Provides continued support to various key Digitally-focused Committees
Qualifications
- 5 years minimum experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or Masters in Finance, Economics, Math preferred
- Analytic Insight: Capability and experience analyzing large amounts of data using multiple data sources, develop analysis templates/tools and synthesize various learnings into actionable recommendations
- Knowledge of pricing and promotion dynamics, multi-tier pricing environment, long term impact of pricing decisions
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Experience working with Tableau and/or other data visualization
Compensation
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible for a bonus, calculated based on individual and company performance.
Long - Term Incentive: This position is eligible for stock or other equity grants pursuant to McDonald’s long-term incentive plan.
