Duties
Solution Build & Technical Ownership
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate Offers and Value strategies into well-defined technical builds and delivery plans that are scalable, flexible, and marketer-friendly.
- Act as the technical lead for Offers and Value integration architecture, ensuring a distinct division of duties among authoring, decisioning, experience, and platform layers.
- Define and evolve integration patterns, APIs, and service contracts that enable consistent behavior and reuse across channels and markets.
- Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architecture teams to ensure alignment with Engage target-state architecture, security, privacy, and reliability standards.
Squad Leadership & Delivery Accountability
- Serve as Tech Lead for one or more Value & Offers delivery squads, providing direct leadership throughout solution development, implementation, integration, testing, and release.
- Take responsibility for the delivery quality of Offers and Value integrations, covering code quality, automated testing, integration validation, and readiness for production.
- Coordinate efforts among internal and vendor engineers working on Offers and Value capabilities, ensuring consistent engineering standards and methods.
Cross-Domain Collaboration within Engage
- Work horizontally across Engage domains to ensure Offers integrate cleanly into end-to-end digital engagement journeys.
- Partner closely with Experience Build, Marketing, Legal, and Market teams to deliver intuitive, compliant, and trustworthy offers experiences.
- Surface cross-domain dependencies and integration risks early, influencing prioritization toward work with the highest engagement and customer value impact.
Reliability, Observability & Continuous Improvement
- Take charge of the operational health, observability, and reliability of integrations connected to Offers and Value across the Engage ecosystem.
- Proactively identify and reduce technical debt and integration fragility that limits scalability, experimentation, or speed of iteration.
- Champion continuous engineering improvement in support of Engage priorities, including solutions that scale, improved reliability, and secure-by-design implementations.
Qualifications

- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code, enabling scalable, reliable, and repeatable environments.
- Experience working with public cloud platforms, with exposure to both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) strongly preferred.
