Department Overview

We are seeking a strategic and program-focused leader to guide our global endpoint protection and management initiatives. This role will focus on vision, leadership, and program ownership from an endpoint security perspective. The ideal candidate will define, run, and sustain comprehensive programs for endpoint protection and management, ensuring alignment with enterprise cybersecurity goals. You will lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and drive innovation across endpoint protection and management strategies. 

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Leadership & Strategy

    • Build, mentor, and inspire teams focused on endpoint protection and management. 
    • Define and communicate a clear vision for endpoint strategy, balancing operational needs with long-term objectives. 
    • Partner with senior leadership to align endpoint initiatives with organizational cybersecurity and business priorities. 

Program Ownership & Management 

    • Own the full lifecycle of endpoint security programs—from definition and planning to execution, governance, and continuous improvement.  
    • Develop and maintain program roadmaps for endpoint protection and management, incorporating emerging technologies and best practices.  
    • Maintain program health and sustainability through continuous monitoring, effective resource management, and active stakeholder engagement 
    • Establish program governance structures, including steering committees, status reporting, and risk management processes.  
    • Drive accountability for program deliverables, timelines, and outcomes across multiple teams and vendors. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration  

    • Work closely with IT operational and architecture teams, SOC, and threat intelligence teams to ensure cohesive defense strategies. 
    • Work closely with endpoint patching and support teams on platform support and partnering to meet security initiatives 
    • Act as a key decision-maker for technology adoption and vendor partnerships. 

Governance & Metrics  

    • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness and team performance. 
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. 

Innovation & Continuous Improvement  

    • Drive automation and process optimization initiatives. 
    • Evaluate new technologies and recommend enhancements to improve resilience and efficiency. 

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in cybersecurity or IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.  
  • Proven experience in program management, including defining, running, and sustaining enterprise-level programs.  
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Background in large-scale enterprise environments. 
  • Familiarity with endpoint protection and management platforms  

Preferred 

  • Experience with cloud-based endpoint solutions. 
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, ITIL, PMP). 
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus. 
  • Tanium or SentinelOne experience Preferred

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $167,366.00 - $209,207.00 per year
