Duties

• Investigate and understand detailed drivers of spending within the McDonald’s Customer Experience business units, and support strategies to manage and report CAPEX, OPEX, and Project costs of $200 Million in spend annually with impact to the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• Financial business partner for the Product & Design, and Strategic Innovation & Planning business units
• Assist with processes surrounding the long-range plan, annual budget, and quarterly forecast
• Work on month end close activities, including variance analysis and monthly reporting
• Financial consulting on savings opportunities and project spend prioritization
• Assist with various ad-hoc requests and special projects (e.g., Cost saving model scenarios, risks, and opportunities)
• Correlate large amounts of financial data into meaningful cross-functional business discussions

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• Cost management and budgetary planning experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt to new financial systems quickly
• Proficient with complex Excel models
• Ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data quickly and efficiently

Salary Range

$75,000-$75,000
