Department Overview
The global FP&A COE Specialist supports the Corporate and Market Finance teams through the execution of key FP&A operational tasks. This role focuses on data collection, accuracy of financial inputs, analytics, and coordination with internal stakeholders and market contacts. The Specialist plays a key role in ensuring timely and consistent input into global FP&A processes.
Duties
Primary Responsibilities of COE Global FP&A Specialist
- Collect and compile financial inputs from markets and internal stakeholders to support the planning and projection cycles for key P&L areas (Capital, Franchised Margin, McOpCo Margin, SG&A, Other Op).
- Perform accurate data entry and validation across financial systems (e.g., EPB, Hyperion).
- Collaborate with internal FP&A COE team members to ensure completeness and consistency of market submissions.
- Support in preparing baseline analysis, trend tracking, and scenario comparisons.
- Assist with stakeholder communication by organizing calls and sharing updates or templates as directed by the COE lead.
- Ensure submission deadlines are met.
Additional Accountabilities and Expectations of COE Global FP&A Specialist
- Build strong working relationships with market contacts and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on data requirements and standard procedures.
- Support quality checks and ensure consistent formatting of outputs before sharing with leadership.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on process bottlenecks and potential automation areas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of experience in financial operations, FP&A, or a similar data-focused role.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a cross-cultural environment.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is: $69,679.00 - $87,099.00
