Department Overview
The Senior Director, Revenue Growth Management Solution Delivery is a key member of the Global Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Vice President, Global Revenue Growth Management.
This role leads the strategy, development, and delivery of the technology, data, and analytics capabilities that enable Revenue Growth Management across McDonald's global system of more than 46,000 restaurants.
The Senior Director will establish and execute the enterprise roadmap for RGM capabilities, including menu pricing, customer engagement and personalization, analytics, and decision-support tools. Working across business and technology functions, this leader will drive alignment, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement of RGM solutions.
This role serves as the critical link between business strategy and technology execution, ensuring investments in RGM capabilities generate measurable value for markets, owners/operators, and customers.
Duties
RGM Solution Strategy & Delivery
- Design, build, and continuously improve the tools, platforms, data products, and technical capabilities that enable RGM decision-making and execution at scale.
- Partner with business and technology teams to translate strategic priorities and business requirements into scalable, user-centric technical solutions.
- Prioritize and manage the portfolio backlog across RGM products, platforms, and data assets, balancing enterprise needs, resource constraints, and business value.
- Establish governance processes and operating mechanisms that drive alignment, transparency, and accountability across stakeholders.
Capability Development & Innovation
- Lead the development of new pricing, promotional, and customer engagement capabilities that strengthen McDonald's commercial effectiveness.
- Identify emerging technologies and analytics capabilities that can accelerate RGM outcomes and improve decision-making.
- Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies and capabilities prior to enterprise deployment.
- Drive integration of RGM solutions into the broader McDonald's digital, data, and technology ecosystem.
- Ensure solutions support standardized business processes while enabling market flexibility where appropriate.
- Create and monitor capability adoption strategies that maximize utilization and business value across markets.
Enterprise Influence & Market Enablement
- Partner with global and market leaders to drive adoption of RGM solutions and capabilities across the McDonald's system.
- Develop compelling business cases and value realization frameworks to support investment decisions, market adoption, and capability expansion.
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships across Global Technology, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Finance, and International Operated Markets.
- Build organizational capability and talent to support the long-term evolution of McDonald's RGM agenda.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across Revenue Growth Management, Strategy, Product Management, Technology, Analytics, Consulting, Transformation, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology, data, or digital transformation initiatives within complex global organizations.
- Demonstrated success translating business strategies into scalable technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong track record of influencing senior executives and driving alignment across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
- Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of product management, technology delivery, data platforms, analytics, and agile ways of working.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
- Experience within franchise, retail, hospitality, consumer packaged goods, restaurant, or other multi-unit operating environments.
- Exposure to pricing, promotional optimization, customer engagement, loyalty, personalization, or commercial analytics capabilities.
- Background in management consulting, business transformation, enterprise product management, or strategic program leadership.
- Experience working across global markets and diverse stakeholder groups.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $219,522 - $274,403 per year.
