Duties

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Change Management to lead the Change Management Workstream for the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Transformation Program, a multi-year initiative to standardize and elevate service delivery. The program introduces a unified ServiceNow "Golden Instance", shared standards, simplified processes, and a single, experience-led entry point for employees.

This role reports to the Director of Delivery Execution, Change and Organization Activation COE, with matrixed alignment to ESM program leadership, and includes people leadership for a team of change practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Complex, Enterprise Scale Change

  • Lead large, multi-stakeholder change initiatives across business and technology transformation programs.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end change strategies to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, develop change activation plans, and engage stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
  • Design and implement training and targeted interventions to support adoption.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and validate readiness for go-lives.
  • Define success measures and adoption metrics; track progress and adjust strategies based on data and insights.
  • Partner effectively cross-functionally as one component of the overall transformation team, including ESM program process, technology, and PMO leadership, as well as GBS partners such as Global People Partners and the Organization Design team as needed.

Advance Enterprise Change Capability

  • Apply and promote McDonald's enterprise change frameworks.
  • Where needed, develop and iterate new best practices and share learnings with the COE team to continuously advance capability and business relevance.
  • Partner with leaders to intake, scope, and deliver change support aligned to business and market priorities.
  • Advise and coach leaders on change strategy, messaging, and measurement.
  • Lead change workstreams using established methodologies and tools.
  • Partner cross-functionally to assess impacts, align on KPIs, and support value realization.

Lead and Develop Your Team

  • Coach and mentor change practitioners to build capability and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture.
  • Connect day-to-day work to broader enterprise strategy and priorities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on outcomes and continuous improvement.

Build Change Capability Across the Enterprise

  • Support the design and delivery of change training programs and communities of practice.
  • Identify and engage influential partners to champion adoption across diverse audiences.
  • Develop change leadership capabilities in sponsors and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree in Change Management, Business, HR, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience leading complex, enterprise transformation initiatives.
Demonstrated expertise in change methodologies, impact and readiness assessment, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
Strong influencing skills across business, functional, and technology teams without direct authority.
Experience defining KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization approaches.
Proven ability to lead in fast paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple concurrent activities.
Experience in coaching and developing change practitioners.

Preferred

MBA or other masters level degree.
Experience with enterprise service transformation across Global Business Services, Technology, HR, Finance, Data, Procurement, or similar functions.
ServiceNow or platform-led change experience, including platform consolidation.
Experience led change and service design capabilities using personas and journeys.
Multi wave transformation leadership, including phased rollouts and interim state management.
Executive influence with the ability to shape value based narratives and guide trade off decisions.
Experience working across global markets and partnering with Technology and GBS leaders to drive standardization and sustained adoption.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $141,955.00 - $177,444.00 per year
