Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

 

Subject Matter expertise

  • You will need to become the Subject Matter Expert for People and Process changes as part of deployment and activation of Location Data and Item Vista.
  • Working understanding of how the systems connect with the wider McDonald’s ecosystem and when data is fed to systems, created in system and published for downstream consumption

Lead End-to-End Deployment Planning

  • Build and manage integrated deployment plans that translate EDAA Vista and Location Data Solution program roadmaps into actionable market activation activities.
  • Establish deployment milestones, dependencies, readiness criteria and decision points across Location Data and Item Vista Programs
  • Coordinate deployment sequencing across markets, capabilities and supporting teams.
  • Ensure clear transitions across Define, Develop, Deploy and Activate stages.

Drive Market Readiness and Activation

  • Important: Champions markets needs when deviations to standards are going to be required to LDS or Vista to deliver value to the markets.
  • Partner with Technology, Change, Training and Communications team to build repeatable material to allow the two capabilities to
  • Serve as a primary coordination point between EDAA program teams and market stakeholders during deployment.
  • Establish market-readiness plans covering business, data, technology, process and change considerations.
  • Capture market feedback and ensure issues, requirements and dependencies are routed to the appropriate capability teams.
  • Partner closely with the broader MOD PMO to maintain alignment with program milestones.

Drive Continuous Improvement

  • Capture lessons learned from each deployment and apply them to future waves.
  • Develop reusable deployment playbooks, templates and readiness approaches.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify deployment, eliminate unnecessary complexity and accelerate adoption.
  • Create feedback loops between markets and global teams to improve subsequent deployment waves.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience with enterprise data, analytics, AI, data governance or technology programs.
  • Clear understanding of Process design Principles
  • Significant experience leading complex programs, transformations or multi-market deployments in a large global organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interconnected workstreams, milestones, dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Strong program management, planning, governance and risk-management skills.
  • Experience managing business and technology stakeholders through implementation or deployment.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and program information into clear business actions and decisions.
  • Experience operating effectively in matrixed organizations where outcomes depend on influence rather than direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating in environments where requirements continue to evolve.
  • Ability to create structure, clarity and momentum in ambiguous situations.

 

Preferred

  • Experience deploying global capabilities into multiple markets or business units.
  • Experience with organizational change, business readiness and adoption.
  • Familiarity with agile or hybrid program delivery approaches.
  • Experience building reusable deployment frameworks, playbooks and governance models.
  • Experience within a global consumer, retail, restaurant or similarly distributed organization.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $141,955.00 - $177,444.00 per year
