Job Description

McDonald’s is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Senior Manager who will be fully dedicated to our transformation across the Consumer, Restaurant and Company strategic platforms. This position will support a cross-functional leadership team and Transformation Management Office (TMO) in managing the enterprise transformation portfolio and strategic roadmap to deliver on our internal and external commitments tied to growth, efficiency, employee experience, digital, restaurant operations and technology. This individual will support the design and uphold cross-program governance standards and processes, driving integration across programs and market teams, introducing and endorsing standard processes, and implementing appropriate tools to support the long-term transformation management.

Role responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision & Alignment: Support enterprise transformation to ensure alignment and delivery of the Accelerating the Arches vision across the three strategic advantages – Consumer, Restaurant, Company. Collaborate with Enterprise PMO, Global tech Planning & PMO and global program teams to seamlessly integrate across programs such as GBS Modernization initiatives, Edge, Digital, Consumer Products, Enterprise Data, Analytics & AI, etc.
  • One McDonald’s Way: Support the activation of TMO Portfolio Management structure under the Transformation Office, embedding leading class governance, processes and tools. Support the evolution of the Enterprise Portfolio Management team, scaling throughout the multi-year transformation journey, enabling a culture that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Portfolio Management: Drive visibility, integration and execution of transformation portfolio across all platforms. Partner with Change Management & Comms teams to foster consensus across the organization and optimally communicate progress and key changes throughout the transformation.
  • Roadmap & Market Management: Support management and integration of enterprise and market roadmaps and ongoing change control to ensure limited deviation from plans and business cases. Execute robust processes for monitoring and tracking integrated roadmap progress, ensuring timely achievement of milestones. Facilitate horizontal coordination among program teams to promote a shared understanding of interdependencies. Continuously evaluate and refine the roadmap, adapting plans to accommodate changing priorities, resources, or external factors.

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, Data & Analytics, IT, or related field
  • 5-10+ years experience with demonstrable experience in project management of large scale, global, multi-year transformations
  • Experience working across multiple segments or markets within McDonald’s is preferred
  • Project Mgmt. Professional (PMP®) Certified

The expected salary range for this role is $149,260.00 - $190,310.00 per year
