Department Overview

In this role, you will lead execution of key pillars of McDonald's global restaurant innovation work. This role will also be responsible for leadership updates and alignment around framing, scope, execution and flow of our global restaurant innovation. Lastly, you will partner across different functions – from menu to design to technology- to drive prioritization and execution of all components of our restaurant innovation.

Duties

The Senior Manager, Global Operations role will drive development, strategy, and execution of restaurant innovation across the customer and crew McDonald's experience. Responsibilities will include:

• Manage Scope and Timelines of a high-impact and multi-faceted initatives

• Partnering across functions and markets to drive ohought leadership outcomes

• Frequent Leadership orchestration and updates on impactful work

• Drive program objectives and timelines by implementing appropriate team engagement plans and work prioritization

• Influence future restaurant innovation strategy and prioritization

• Balance timelines, budget and practical realities, while delivering on vision and aspirations

• Comfort navigating through ambiguity, while translating strategic direction to tactical execution

• Franchisee, market & segment engagement

Qualifications

This role will require 7+ years of experience, stakeholder engagement (internal/external), and project management/operations/field experience (preferred)

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $130,434.00 - $163,042.00 per year
