Department Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Planning & Prioritization for the Global Customer Engagement (GCE) team. Sitting in the Marketing Enablement function, this individual will guide planning and prioritization for the entire GCE organization.

This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Marketing Enablement. 

Duties

  • Lead Planning and Prioritization across the Global Customer Engagement team, working across Media, CRM, Loyalty, Partnership, Martech and more
  • Develop and implement a GCE prioritization and planning process in partnership with leadership
  • Assist with business case development, ensuring that prioritization is driven by sound quantitative analysis
  • Own the GCE planning calendar, managing GCE’s participation in all McDonald’s prioritization and governance processes including Phase Planning, Enterprise Road Mapping, and Consumer Governance Board
  • Partner across GCE to translate complex topics into understandable stories to help drive Global prioritization
  • Assist with the budgeting process to confirm that budget requests align with GCE priorities
  • Drive alignment across teams through collaboration and consistent messaging
  • Proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and lead problem-solving efforts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Marketing, Marketing Technology, Strategy, and/or Business Planning experience
  • Experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (customer data platforms, customer engagement platforms, offer creation, content management systems, workflow management) a plus
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize across teams and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly synthesize complex business information and translate it into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences (including across levels and geographies)
  • Experience in stakeholder management (senior leadership a plus); ability to collaborate with senior leadership to gather input, build consensus, and drive alignment
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously in a deadline-focused, ambiguous yet dynamic environment with constant change
  • Proactive and solution-oriented problem solver, strong attention to detail, self-starter, and great teammate
  • Curiosity and drive to develop a deep knowledge of the McDonald’s business and System

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $141,955.00 - $177,444.00 per year
