Lead a game-changing digital transformation within McDonald’s Supply Chain! We are looking for a visionary Senior Manager to drive the global digitization program supporting Brand Trust. As the Senior Manager for Brand Trust Digital Transformation, you will drive the strategy and deployment of next‑generation digital capabilities across 100+ markets, shaping the future of how technology powers one of the world's most iconic supply chains.

Duties
- Lead the Revolution: Own the deployment roadmap for Global Quality, Food Safety, Compliance, and Sustainable Sourcing, including collaborating with supplier facilities, distributors, and market supply chain teams in all 137 markets around the world!
- Innovate at Scale: Partner with global supply chain, technology, and operations teams to deliver solutions that strengthen our foundation of quality products, food safety, compliance, and ethical work conditions.
- Drive Impact: Implement strategies that unlock real-time visibility, optimize visibility into risks to our supply, and set new industry benchmarks.
- Champion Change: Develop of drive strategies for data governance and business processes, inspire stakeholders, and lead adoption of next-generation digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Data Strategy & Lead Global Deployment: Drive global data strategy to enable the Brand Trust Program and ensure stakeholder readiness & adoption for new and innovative solutions.
- Global Program Execution: Develop and manage deployment plans, timelines, and milestones to deliver on global objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global and market supply chain, technology, and operations teams to align on priorities and drive seamless execution.
- Governance & Change Management: Establish governance frameworks, lead stakeholder engagement, and oversee training and adoption of new digital tools.
- Performance Monitoring: Define KPIs, track progress, and report on deployment success and impact across markets.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify opportunities to enhance digital capabilities and accelerate adoption of global solutions.
- Budget & Resource Management: Manage program budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI for digital initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management, digital transformation, or supply chain technology.
- Skilled in aligning execution to strategy including relentless prioritization across the program to deliver value to our market teams and suppliers.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence and align diverse global stakeholder groups.
- Expertise and experience in strategic thinking, global data governance and framework, deep understanding of business processes across supply chain, finance, compliance, and enterprise risk management.
Additional Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business (Finance, Economics, Accounting preferred), Systems Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
- 8+ years in program management, digital transformation, or global supply chain operations.
- Proven history of leading large-scale deployments across multiple markets.
- Experience with business process design, technical process design, data integration, and supply chain systems is highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of supply chain and/or core business processes and an understanding of how these business processes leverage digital tools to improve business performance.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, PMP certification, other project management certifications a plus).
Leadership & Soft Skills:
- Exceptional ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across global teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level engagement.
- Strategic thinker focusing strategy into execution to achieve desired results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with functional cross-collaboration, diverse stakeholder groups, and multilingual teams and stakeholders around the world.
Other:
- Willingness to travel globally as needed for deployment and stakeholder engagement.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $141,955.00 - $177,444.00 per year
