Department Overview
In this role you will support the development and execution of fact-based Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies within the Lead IOMs, ensuring a standardized approach across multiple markets. This position requires driving high-level cross-functional collaboration, spearheading transformation initiatives, and providing strategic oversight on market research.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in leading complex programs, designing and executing pricing and value strategies, and driving cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Serve as the Revenue Growth Management liaison for Lead IOM markets. Partner with the Senior Director to champion our global Revenue Growth Management strategy, ensuring consistent execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration with markets: Collaborate with market x-functional teams to share market-specific consumer and business insights with market leadership.
- Voice of RGM: Act as the voice of RGM across the markets, building and maintaining relationships with key functions (Marketing, Digital, Strategy & Insights, RGM, Finance) at senior and operational levels within assigned markets
- Market Research: Partner with market on the development of comprehensive market research and intelligence to formulate go-to-market strategies across broader customer segments, optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the preparation of strategy sessions and oversee the end-to-end RGM process, including high-level discussions, follow-ups, and data gathering to support these initiatives.
- Transformation Initiatives: Spearhead transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing data capabilities, optimizing revenue management processes, and supporting the deployment and use of advanced analytics tools.
- Operational Management: Partner closely with the markets to ensure that their RGM operations seamlessly execute RGM strategies.
Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: Proven track record in Finance, Marketing, Business Insights, or other business functions, supporting the development and execution of go-to-market, pricing, mass/digital value, and related business strategies.
- Educational Background: MBA from a top business school preferred.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Superior Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior and operational cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic Influence: Proven success in persuading senior decision-makers to adopt innovative strategies that drive business growth.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $129,800 - $165,490 per year
