Department Overview
This role will join the IOM Segment Technology Team as Senior Manager – Solution Readiness supporting the lead markets (UK, Germany, Canada, Australia and France). You will be responsible for the build readiness of our key restaurant technology initiatives that will help deliver a better experience for our customers and ensure our market segment is adopting and embracing global technology solutions. This role is responsible for driving Market 0 and BAU initiatives across the IOM segment. Combining strategic adoption management, issue resolution, and governance oversight with strong stakeholder engagement across markets and global teams. Acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point, this role ensures alignment on scope, timelines, and priorities, while providing clear reporting and KPI-driven insights to leadership.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Adoption & Change Management
- Own E2E adoption strategy for Market 0 and BAU operations within the IOM segment.
- Drive stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth rollout and sustained adoption of new releases
- Identify adoption barriers and implement corrective actions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and SME on adoption and release governance, including training and knowledge transfer
HOC Planning & Issue Management
- Lead HOC preparations for each market, aligning on scope and timelines for releases
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for HOC activities, including testing, validation, and deployment planning
- Monitor scope changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders ahead of release milestones
- Facilitate and prioritise issue resolution between market, COE, and development teams in line with Sprint cycles
- Track progress to closure and escalate blockers when necessary
Process Governance
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks across adoption, release management, and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with agreed processes and standards during HOC cycles
- Manage KPI tracking and governance dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement in release execution
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with market stakeholders and global teams
- Handle escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
- Collaborate on ways of working to foster consistency, transparency, and trust across markets and global functions
- Act as the central point of contact to ensure alignment between local market needs and global strategy
- Ensure accurate reporting on status and scope requirements internally
- Manage leadership reporting to provide clarity on release progress, risks, and blocking issues
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership based on KPI and governance metrics
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in strategic project management, business analysis, and working in ambiguous environments to identify, define, and implement change.
- Proficient technical leader with hands-on development and deployment experience
- Excellent communication skills to organize trainings and handover activities across various technology and business stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with team members across a complex and global matrix organizational structure
- Experience working on projects that span multiple organizations, geographies and business units
- Experience in Agile product development and deployment
- Deep understanding of restaurant technology in quick service restaurants industry
- Extensive experience in strategic project management, business analysis, and working in ambiguous environments to identify, define, and implement change.
- Experience handling technical priorities and delivering strategic initiatives
- Active coach and mentor whose goal is to grow and improve team member

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $141,955.00 - $177,444.00 per year
