Department Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr Manager of Endpoint Management to lead and grow our endpoint management team. In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of our endpoint management program, including managing endpoint security, patching, configuration, and compliance. Reporting to the Director of Endpoint, Automation and Encryption, you will build out and develop a high-performing team, driving continuous improvement and innovation to protect and manage endpoints across the enterprise.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
● Build, mentor, and manage a team of endpoint engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. Define clear roles, goals, and career development paths for team members.
● Collaborate with senior leadership to align endpoint management objectives with broader IT and security strategies.
● Develop and execute a comprehensive endpoint management strategy covering patching compliance, asset management lifecycle, software deployment, configuration management, and endpoint security.
● Lead the adoption and optimization of endpoint management tools and platforms such as Tanium, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, or similar.
● Establish operational standards, KPIs, and reporting to measure team performance and endpoint health.
● Drive cross-functional collaboration with security, IT operations, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure endpoint initiatives are aligned and effective.
● Oversee day-to-day endpoint management operations, ensuring timely patching, compliance, and incident response.
● Manage endpoint security configurations and support integration with antivirus, EDR, and other protective technologies.
● Implement automation and process improvements to enhance scalability and reduce manual effort.
● Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies related to endpoint security.
Qualifications
● 7+ years of experience in endpoint management, IT operations, or cybersecurity roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
● Proven experience building and managing technical teams.
● Strong knowledge of endpoint management platforms (e.g., Tanium, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM).
● Expertise in patch management, configuration management, endpoint security, and compliance frameworks.
● Experience with automation, scripting, and process optimization.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
● Experience with cloud-based endpoint management and highly complex environments.
● Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator, CISSP, or ITIL.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline
● Experience working with or supporting technology within restaurant or retail environments

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $149,260.00 - $190,310.00 per year
