Department Overview

About the Role 

We’re seeking a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative Supervisor to join the group responsible for Brand, Content & Culture. In this position, you will assist the Sr. Manager of Value Integration with all preparation and planning implementation related to FAP. You will also help ensure portfolio consistency by supporting production budget forecasting, monitoring and actualization. Additionally, you will serve as a primary contact for Marketing Operations to maintain smooth and efficient workstreams. 

This role combines creative marketing and content strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and focused project management. It suits someone who enjoys connecting dots, coordinating complexity, and supporting teams to work more efficiently. 

Supervisor, Brand Content & Culture

Team: US Marketing – Brand, Content & Culture (BCC)  
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Value Integration 

 

Duties

FAP Support & Execution 

  • Collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager to guide preparation, planning, and delivery of FAP workstreams, ensuring solid cross-functional coordination and readiness. 

  • Coordinate inputs, timelines, and deliverables needed to support the FAP planning calendar. 

Campaign Portfolio Management & Stewardship 

  • Maintain visibility across portfolio campaigns and workstreams, ensuring strategic alignment, consistency, and seamless integration across channels. 

  • Track progress of each initiative, monitor risks, highlight gaps, and support decision-making for prioritization and sequencing. 

  • Act as the day-to-day bridge to Marketing Operations, ensuring smooth coordination across systems, processes, and workflows. 

  • Prepare materials, agendas, and follow-ups for cross-functional meetings and leadership touchpoints.

  • Uphold organized project oversight and detailed documentation to ensure teams stay coordinated and on track. 

Team Culture & Leadership Support 

  • Help strengthen BCC’s culture of collaboration, transparency, and operational excellence

  • Model a proactive approach that elevates clarity and drives progress. 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, coordinated communications, project/account management, campaign operations, or a similar role. 

  • Experience supporting campaign management or portfolio stewardship, preferably within a fast-paced marketing environment. 

  • Strong project management skills — the ability to coordinate complex workstreams, manage timelines, and keep cross-functional teams aligned. 

  • Experience in budget forecasting, monitoring, and actualization, or collaborating closely with Marketing Ops/Finance teams. 

  • Strong ability to convey information clearly and to positively impact colleagues across teams. 

  • Proven ability to synthesize data and input into actionable steps. 

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining composure — able to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems. 

  • Growth mindset with strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative working style.

Salary Range

The expected salary range range -$93,208.00 - $116,510.00 per year
