Department Overview

Join the US Technology Testing & Integration team in an agile environment. This requires strong communication skills, an business/technology mindset, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop into a SME for US Technology, guiding business requirements and technical designs
  • Elicit, assess, and document business requirements with strong organizational skills
  • Translate business needs into technology solutions
  • Prioritize requirements based on business and deployment needs
  • Demonstrate operational awareness and proactive problem-solving
  • Communicate effectively—written and verbal—with active listening
  • Build relationships with internal and external Global Technology stakeholders
  • Share knowledge to onboard and support team members
  • Provide ongoing feedback to improve team performance
  • Manage defect and enhancement prioritization with the global product team
  • Document and demo new features to stakeholders
  • Gather and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in a technology role; consumer/retail experience preferred
  • Experience working in Agile; familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Teams, Visio)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and sense of urgency
  • Comfortable adapting to change and working through obstacles
  • Skilled in communicating complex concepts to business partners and leadership
  • Experience leading sprint reviews and demos

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $108,810 - $130,580 per year
