Department Overview
This customer-focused role partners with the Offers and Loyalty Manager on the Solutions Readiness team (US Technology) to evaluate, refine, measure, and maintain requirements for Offers and Loyalty initiatives in the US Market. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to enable new features, ensures thorough testing, and supports both Support and Testing teams for clear understanding of requirements and functionality. Maintaining up-to-date documentation is a key responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Lead, gather, and document requirements for Offers and Loyalty initiatives
- Coordinate with internal and external partners on prioritization and maintenance tasks
- Document user stories and collaborate with developers, QA, and business partners to clarify deliverables
- Analyze and translate business requirements into customer experience and development needs
- Bridge communication between business stakeholders and technology solution providers
- Continuously update and maintain Offers and Loyalty documentation
- Effectively manage communications with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineers, designers, researchers, strategists, scrum masters)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in the product development lifecycle
- Proven ability to lead requirements meetings and document requirements
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for outstanding digital experiences
- Bachelor’s degree (technical degree preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience translating customer needs into product features
Preferred: Experience with mobile apps and digital products

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $93,208.00 - $116,510.00 per year
