Supervisor, Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence

Overview

The Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor to help advance critical areas of our global risk strategy. First, this role plays a central part in shaping and executing our Supply Chain Human Rights program, driving program improvements, and ensuring alignment with global standards. In addition, the Supervisor may provide some support in our partnership with Global Cyber Security, coordinating efforts to strengthen supplier cybersecurity awareness, assessments, and compliance. Together, these responsibilities support a more resilient, ethical, and secure global supply chain.

 

Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across regions, cultures, and levels of the organization — from senior leadership to frontline suppliers.

Duties

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Human Rights Program (Primary Focus)

  • Support the development, refinement, and execution of the Supply Chain Human Rights strategy, ensuring alignment with global standards and internal priorities.

  • Lead and coordinate program updates, including digital platform transitions, process enhancements, and scheme revisions.

  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards, metrics, and insights for internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.

  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to ensure program requirements are clearly communicated, operationalized, and continuously improved.

  • Monitor emerging regulations, industry trends, and best practices to inform program evolution.

  • Communicate program expectations and updates clearly to suppliers and global business partners.

 

Cybersecurity Partnership & Supplier Risk

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Global Supply Chain and Global Cyber Security.

  • Ensure Cyber Security initiatives, requirements, and tools are effectively translated and integrated into supply chain processes.

  • Partner with Cyber Security to review upcoming roadmap items and provide supply chain specific insights to help shape implementation plans.

 

Global Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues across regions, time zones, and functions to ensure consistent program execution.

  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the business, including senior leadership, operational teams, and external suppliers.

  • Facilitate cross functional discussions, workshops, and training sessions to drive alignment and adoption of program requirements.

  • Represent the Global Supply Chain COE team in global forums, meetings, and initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Program Leadership

  • Lead project teams or workstreams to deliver program objectives on time and with high quality.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials to support program adoption and consistency.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and improve the overall supplier risk management experience.

  • Support internal reviews, compliance remediations, and stakeholder inquiries.

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience in supply chain, compliance, sustainability, human rights, cybersecurity, or related fields.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse audiences, including senior leadership, cross functional teams, and suppliers.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across global teams and navigate cultural and regional differences.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with supplier risk management programs or digital compliance platforms.

  • Knowledge of human rights frameworks (e.g., UNGPs, OECD Guidelines), ESG standards, or cybersecurity risk principles.

  • Familiarity with global supply chain operations and regulatory landscapes.

  • Prior supervisory or project leadership experience.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $93,208.00 - $116,510.00 per year
