Department Overview
We are looking for a Supervisor, Brand Communications to support the creation and execution of communication strategies that increase brand reputation among key audiences (notably: opinion elites, Crew, franchise owners, and consumers). The ideal candidate has experience supporting communications objectives that directly support business and brand outcomes as well as executing multi-channel communications programming.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with the Sr. Manager, Brand Communications, develop, manage, and execute communications strategies for key reputational priorities that align with McDonald’s Impact vision and support the U.S. business.
- Reach and influence target audiences by delivering campaigns with strong messaging, creative, channel, content, media and engagement strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts to effectively execute across the business and bring brand communications campaigns to life.
- Manage day-to-day of working teams, agency partners, and budgets to ensure resources are efficiently and effectively deployed to meet our objectives.
- Support an inclusive and positive team culture.
- Manage ad-hoc requests with enthusiasm and a strategic mindset.
- Some travel may be required, domestic and international.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a brand/consumer communications role, either in-house or at an agency.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, including an ability to convey complex issues in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
- Strong understanding of diverse cultural audiences, leveraging key cultural insights to drive communications strategies.
- Organized project manager with proven ability to manage multiple timelines and workstreams, stewarding best practices across teams.
- Ability to support and lead multiple cross-functional working teams and agency partners at a time.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, driving results across multiple projects with flexibility, collaboration, and focus.
- Strong advisory skills with the capability to offer credible advice to leaders.

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $87,050 - $108,810 per year
