Job Description

McDonald’s has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, People Experience (PBS / Safe, Inclusive, Respectful Workplace) role based at MHQ.  You will assist in managing and refining McDonald’s global Safe, Respectful, Inclusive Workplace (SRIW) and People Brand Standards (PBS) programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and developing guidelines and tools for stakeholders. In this role, you will work closely with the Global PBS / SRIW Director to ensure alignment in the execution of project initiatives with broader program priorities.

Note: This position requires working onsite at the Chicago, IL office three days a week and the candidate is expected to reside in Chicago.

 

Job Responsibilities

In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate with Global PBS / SRIW Director to project manage and support McDonald’s global Safe, Respectful, Inclusive Workplace (SRIW) and People Brand Standards (PBS) program priorities
  • Partner with and help manage market and global stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment and support of McDonald’s SRIW and PBS priorities
  • Partner with and help manage third party vendors to support SRIW and PBS program goals
  • Own critical administration tasks including budget reporting and set up of ongoing program and project SOWs   
  • Review and evaluate reports to measure SRIW and PBS program compliance across international markets

 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working in Human Resources, Culture & Organization, or Safety & Inclusion
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
  • Experience working across countries and cultures
  • Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate into key take-aways

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge in areas of org culture, safety & inclusion, org effectiveness, and HR processes
  • Excellent organizational skills and experienced with project management
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Open to learning new systems and processes
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn; self-starter

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $75,700.00 - $94,620.00 per year
