Department Overview
The Marketing Supervisor, Global Brand Marketing Team, the group responsible for inspiring and guiding our brand marketing community globally through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, capability building and scaled opportunities. In the spirit of empowering world-class marketing that moves culture and the business, our team leads Global and Scaled Campaigns, influences and creates brand policy and guidance for the markets – who are then responsible for developing and creating marketing efforts.
This person will be part of the Market Activation and Empowerment team within Global Brand and will be instrumental in helping us achieve our ambition of becoming a culturally and personally relevant icon brand that builds fans forever. This role will contribute to these priorities in the following ways:
Duties
● Project Manager: Support Global campaign development by acting as the Scrum Master with oversight from Sr. Manager. Develop detailed project plans in Asana, including timelines, milestones, agendas, and recaps. Support meeting scheduling and lead stand-ups and sprint planning across multiple global brand campaigns. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. With the support of the Sr. Manager, collaborate with agency partners and cross-functional teams to complete full campaign lifecycle. Mentor team members on One McDonald’s Way of Marketing (1MWM) and Scrum/Agile practices to foster continuous improvement and adaptability.
● Support Creative Effectiveness Priorities: Manage and continually improve the Creative Effectiveness library, including updating with fresh work from the markets, develop spotlights of internal work to highlight in the Marketing Exchange Newsletter, and support our bi-annual Share & Scale sessions with markets and agency partners.
● Budget Ownership: Optimize our budget/subscription organization and process by following budget procedures, executing budget projections, submitting invoices and finding efficiencies.
● Brand Governance Support: Act as a backup Golden Arches Code reviewer to assist with creative submissions.
Qualifications
· Project Management Background - Proven ability to manage large-scale marketing campaigns, complex initiatives and all phases of the project life cycle. PM Methodology Experience (Scrum/Agile/ Asana/Certifications) preferred.
· Highly collaborative - Works easily with big, multi-disciplinary teams and understands the importance of integration. Strong leadership & people skills to motivate teams.
· Excellent oral, written and overall communications skills, including attention to details.
· Intellectual Curiosity & Problem-Solving – intelligent and agile; comfortable with concepts, ambiguity and complexity; able to think independently.
· Strong work ethic who is a proactive self-starter, shows passion, energy and enthusiasm for the journey ahead at McDonald’s.
· Global outlook - working within and contributing to a globally understood picture of priorities and keeping global audiences and impacts for the business and external environment front of mind. Experience in international / global marketing is a plus.
· Minimum of 2-4 years marketing, brand or agency experience preferred.
· A Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing; MBA a bonus

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $87,050.00 - $108,810.00 per year
