Department Overview

Working closely with the Media Manager, agency partners, and cross-functional teams, this role helps ensure campaigns are planned, activated, measured, and optimized effectively across paid media channels. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented media professional with strong digital media experience, a passion for consumer behavior, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Support the development and execution of national media plans across digital, social, video, audio, and emerging channels. 

Partner with agency teams to manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and executional details. 

Assist in developing audience strategies and media recommendations grounded in consumer insights and campaign objectives. 

Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities throughout campaign flighting. 

Support testing and learning initiatives designed to improve media effectiveness and efficiency. 

Work closely with media agencies to ensure accurate and timely campaign implementation. 

Assist in gathering media inputs and performance data for business reviews and campaign recaps. 

Support the management of key deliverables, approvals, and communication between internal teams and agency partners 

Help maintain campaign reporting tools and documentation. 

Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies. 

Identify opportunities to bring new ideas, channels, and approaches into media planning discussions. 

Support the development of media best practices, tools, and training resources for internal teams.  

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in media planning, buying, activation, or strategy. 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field. 

Foundational understanding of digital, social, video, and omnichannel media. 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data. 

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

Effective communication and presentation skills. 

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 

Collaborative mindset and desire to learn within a highly cross-functional marketing organization.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $78,281.00 - $97,852.00 per year
