Department Overview

We’re looking for a strategic integrator—a natural connector of ideas—who unites cross-functional teams and keeps everyone focused on what drives business impact. You’re a curious problem-solver who thrives on shaping fan-led marketing strategies that deliver growth and advance key business priorities.

This high-visibility role offers broad exposure across US Marketing and the opportunity to influence go-to-market strategies that reach millions of customers. As part of the Strategy Integration team, you’ll translate plan priorities into actionable go-to-market strategies—maximizing marketing’s contribution to the McDonald’s system

Duties

Partner with the Sr. Manager to advance key initiatives across Value, Chicken, Digital, Delivery, and culturally driven campaigns, including:

  • Campaign Planning Workshops: Coordinate cross-functional planning sessions, prepare pre-read materials, facilitate strategic brainstorming and discussion, and summarize recommended campaign plan for leadership alignment.
  • Creative Brief: Provide strategic inputs and guidance ensuring internal and external partners are clear on business context and KPIs to inspire brave creative ideas based on insights and fan truths.
  • Creative Development: Serve as the strategic advisor at critical milestones, including Big Idea Development and Channel Communications Strategy.
  • Campaign Agility: Communicate campaign optimizations in real-time to drive alignment and efficiency.
  • Business Performance: Understand campaign performance drivers and leverage insights to inform future strategies.

  • Self-starter, comfortable navigating ambiguity with composure.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Agency, or related fields.

Salary Range

The expected salary range range -$93,208.00 - $116,510.00 per year
