Development New Restaurant Construction Team

Duties

A Construction Project Manager oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to McDonalds quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

A Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a construction project, from planning to completion. Core duties include:

Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and deadlines are achievable.

Budget and Cost Management: Estimate costs, manage budgets, control expenses, and forecast financial requirements to keep projects within budget.

Team Coordination: Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and problem-solving.

Contract Administration: Negotiate and oversee contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring compliance with agreements.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, executives, and onsite teams, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that arise during construction.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and progress reports.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is typically required.

Experience: Several years of experience in construction management or supervisory roles are usually necessary to handle QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) projects.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations is critical.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $104,482.00 - $130,602.00 per year
