Job Description
In this role, you will provide oversight, high-level coordination and management of the US People portfolio and processes to ensure that we are driving orderly execution and delivery of our Global and US People strategy across the system.
This individual will coordinate across all workstreams, project plans, resources, and activities to ensure we are accomplishing our strategic goals and staying aligned as a team.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution and coordination of multiple People workstreams and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall strategic and program objectives.
- Assist Project Leads by carrying out key project management activities, including report generation, communication plan implementation, internal site management, and resource development.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the US People PMO Manager; support strategy development, risk and issue identification, and engage relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Oversee PMO processes and facilitate program governance and project status forums, keeping all parties informed of actions and decisions.
- Monitor and manage project timelines and milestones, proactively identifying potential delays, dependencies, and risks, while recommending corrective measures.
- Organize and maintain information within project management systems, shared sites, and network folders to provide a collaborative space for cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate and collaborate with key cross-workstream partners to streamline interactions and maintain visibility on dependencies critical to success.
- Schedule and manage internal and external meetings, document attendance, minutes, and action items for all PMO meetings, and communicate decisions and next steps to participants.
- Support change management initiatives by coordinating communications, training materials, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and/or change management
- Strategic thinker with a process-oriented approach
- Excellent professional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of a project team
- Strong skills in project planning and organization
- Detail-oriented with a focus on timely and quality delivery, supported by sound logical reasoning
- Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities
- Collaborative team player with demonstrated ability to work well with others
- Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder networks
- Willingness to step beyond comfort zones to achieve results
- Adaptable and quick to respond to changing priorities
- Resourceful problem-solver with a focus on finding practical resolutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams efficiently

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $87,050.00 - $108,810.00 per year
